Downtrend

Formed in August 2005 Pikeville Kentucky's DOWNTREND fuses hardcore
riffs with melodic hooks. The members include Guitarist Josh Crum,
Drummer Jay Justice and Bassist Jeremy Justice and vocalist Mike
Jackson. Downtrend is known for their hard work and doing whatever it
takes to win over a crowd. In April 2007 Downtrend signed with VISION
METAL RECORDS. Their debut (VMR) release "NOVATION" will be released
in 2008. With the perfect mixture of melody and madness Downtrend has
what it takes for fans, radio DJ's and promoters to take notice. They
are building up momentum as well as a large local following.
Downtrend has also had the pleasure of sharing the bill with acts
such as AVENGED SEVENFOLD, NONPOINT, ADEMA, SHADOWS FALL, 12 STONES,
EGYPT CENTRAL, RA, CINDER ROAD, 10 YEARS, ANOTHER BLACK DAY, POP
EVIL, BOBAFLEX, ZO2, MIDNIGHT TO 12 and REV THEORY.
